Ingredients

Preparation

*Note: If using uncooked chorizo, omit canola oil and brown chorizo, onions and bell peppers together until the chorizo has cooked through. Add the tomatoes and continue to cook for additional 5 min.

  1. Heat oil in large braising pan for a minute over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cook until they start to soften. Add chorizo followed by the tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
