Our food safety program is integrated company wide. Heidi Wietjes, MS, RD, LMNT, LD is our food safety coordinator. She is a through the National Restaurant Association. In addition, she is Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified by the International HACCP Alliance and has completed the Food Defense Coordinator class offered by the ServSafe. In addition we have a Quality Control Coordinator within our company to make sure our product quality is at it's highest level. American Institute of Baking
