Ensuring the safety of the food supply chain is a high priority here at Cash-Wa Distributing.
Our food safety program is integrated company wide. Heidi Wietjes, MS, RD, LMNT, LD is our food safety coordinator. She is a ServSafe through the National Restaurant Association. In addition, she is Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified by the International HACCP Alliance and has completed the Food Defense Coordinator class offered by the American Institute of Baking. In addition we have a Quality Control Coordinator within our company to make sure our product quality is at it's highest level.
Cash-Wa Distributing has a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program in each warehouse.

Cash-Wa Distributing's warehouses are regularly inspected by the USDA, FDA, and state and local health inspectors. In addition, Cash-Wa Distributing consistently scores high on warehouse food safety audits conducted by the American Institute of Baking (AIB).
