Our comprehensive food safety program is implemented company-wide and led by our Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance, who is HACCP-certified through the International HACCP Alliance and has completed the Food Defense Coordinator course by the American Institute of Baking. We also maintain a dedicated Quality Assurance Coordinator to drive initiatives that uphold our Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification. Each of our warehouse locations operates under a fully developed and actively managed Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, reinforcing our unwavering dedication to food safety at every stage of distribution.

Cash-Wa Distributing's warehouses are regularly inspected by the USDA, FDA, and state and local health inspectors. In addition, Cash-Wa Distributing consistently scores high on warehouse & distribution safety audits conducted by Mérieux NutriSciences.
