Huevos Rancheros Con Chorizo Y Patatas Versitots

Preparation

Drop the Versitots in a fryer and cook for 3 minutes
Heat 2 small saute pans or griddle over medium heat. Add butter alternative and cook eggs sunny side up or to desired doneness. Meanwhile, heat the chorizo filling in the other pan or another part of the griddle until hot.
Place Versitots on the bottom of a skillet or plate. Top with chorizo filling followed by eggs. Top with 2 oz of hot Green Chile Gravy.
Garnish with the queso fresco and green onions.
