Chorizo & Tater Tot Tower

Preparation

Remove both the top and bottom of a 20 oz can. File any sharp edges using cutley sharpening steel. Wash and set aside.
Drop the Versitots in a fryer and cook for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the chorizo filling in a pan or on a griddle until hot.
Place the 20 oz can on a plate or platter. Add the Versitots to the can and press to compact but try to avoid crushing.
Add the chorizo filling followed by avocado, tomatoes and onions. Top with 2 oz of Green Chile Gravy.
Garnish with shredded cheese, cilantro and green onions.
