Chorizo & Tater Tot Breakfast Burrito

with Green Chile Gravy

  Green Chile Gravy 2 T + 2 oz See Green Chile Gravy Recipe

Preparation

  1. Drop the Versitots in a fryer and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 small saute pans or a griddle over medium heat. Add butter alternative and cook scrambled eggs. Meanwhile, heat the chorizo filling in the other pan or another part of the griddle until hot.
  3. Lay tortilla down and top with warmed chorizo, followed by Versitots, eggs, cheese, and 2 tbsp of the Green Chile Gravy. Wrap and top with 2 oz of Green Chile Gravy.
  4. Garnish with sour cream, green onions and cilantro.
