1. Spray a 10” deep dish pizza pan. Divide dough into 10 oz. and 6 oz. pieces. Cover the 6oz portion with film. Roll out the 10 oz
portion into a 12” circle. Lay the dough out into the sprayed pan and fit on the bottom and sides.
2. Distribute half of the cheese on the bottom. Add half of the sausage and cover with the entire amount of pepperoni. Add the
remaining sausage and top with the remaining cheese.
3. Preheat oven to 400* F. Roll out the 6oz portion of the dough to 10” circle and set aside. Gently pull/lift the dough on the sides
of the pan to the top edge. Dampen lightly with some water. Lay the 10” circle on top and pinch to seal. Pinch and Twist dough
inward to create a decorative pattern.
4. Crack the egg into a small bowl. Add 1 tbsp. of water. Brush the top and sides of the pizza with the egg mixture. Snip 3 holes
on the top using a kitchen shears.
5. Place the pizza sauce directly in the center of the dough on top and spread out to 1/2” of the braided edge. Bake for 30-40
minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cut into 6ths and serve.
